FAQ
Q: When will I receive the final gallery?
A: All clients receive their digital galleries via email no more than 2 weeks after their session date. You may pay a $50 rush fee to receive your photos within 3 business days.
Q: I don't see the photography service I need listed. Does this mean I can't book?
A: Please reach out to me directly, and we may be able to tailor a package to fit your needs.
Q: Do you have a photography studio?
A: No. We meet at a predetermined location or I travel to you and capture the moment at your event venue or in your home.
Q: How many photos will be in my digital gallery?
A: You will receive a minimum of 25 of the best images from your session (excluding headshot/mini sessions).
Q: Do you send clients raw/unedited images?
A: I do not provide raw or unedited images.
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy:
- -Clients must notify the photographer at least 48 hours in advance to request the session be rescheduled. Client has the ability to reschedule one (1) time, free of charge. The rescheduled session must be within three (3) weeks of the original session date based on the photographer's availability.
- Cancelling or rescheduling properly does not make your deposit refundable.
- Rescheduling due to weather will be determined by the photographer. If the photographer feels rescheduling is necessary, client will be contacted with a list of available dates and times to choose from.
